Integrity Management for Process Piping in Oil & Gas Station

近年来国内发生了多起站场工艺管道泄漏事件,导致管道站场输送生产中断,泄漏油品甚至溢出站外污染了周边环境。随着站场运行年限的增长,作为连接站场设备的工艺管道的安全状况引起了管理者的重视。借鉴管道完整性管理"风险可控、预防失效、动态管理"的管理思路及方法,建立了站场工艺管道完整性管理流程,明确了管理内容,给出了完整性管理体系文件设置及主要内容。开展站场工艺管道完整性管理,实现基于风险评价和检测评价的维修维护策略,最终提升站场安全运行水平。

In recent years, a number of leakage incidents occurred in station pipeline, which resulted in production stoppage and surrounding environment contamination due to the oil spilled outside. With the increase of times of station operation, the safety condition of station pipeline has been paid attention by the administrator. With the ideas and methods of integrity management, station pipeline integrity management process has been established, management content determined,and integrity management system document set and its content given. Station pipeline integrity management was then carried out, and maintenance strategies based on risk assessment and testing evaluation were realized, so that the level of station safety operation was enhanced finally.
