摘要
应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对大型立式设备的支座进行有限元分析,按照JB 4732—1995标准对结构进行强度校核,并分析了相关因素特别是模型主要尺寸对支座最大应力的影响,并按趋势选定最优化尺寸,从而实现对支座结构的优化。
By using software ANSYS, finite element analysis was carried out for the supports in large vertical vessel. The structure was checked on strength in accordance with the standard JB 4732-1995, and the effects of relevant factors, especially the main sizes in model, to the maximum stress in the support were analyzed. Then, optimized sizes were selected, so that the optimization of support structure was realized.
