摘要
前端工程设计(FEED)在当前国际石油化工工程设计中起着至关重要的作用。介绍了国际工程项目设立FEED阶段的背景与作用,并将FEED与国内项目的初步设计、基础设计的区别和联系进行了对比与分析。同时对静设备专业FEED阶段的工作内容、范围及深度要求进行了简要的阐述,旨在改进设备专业在执行国际工程项目FEED阶段的工作内容和程序,提升FEED工作包的质量和效果,使之更加符合最新的国际工程项目管理和实施的要求提供参考。
Currently, front end engineering design(FEED) plays very significant role in overseas petrochemical engineering industry. In this article, the background and effects of setting FEED stage in overseas engineering projects were introduced. The differences and links among FEED, preliminary design and basic design in domestic projects were analyzed and compared. Then the contents, scope and deepness of the work performed by static equipment engineers in FEED stage were briefly described. It was hoped that static equipment engineers able to improve working content and procedure and promote working quality and effects in executing FEED so as to further adapt to the rules and requirements in overseas projects management.
