往复式压缩机管道应力分析及其振动解决方案 被引量:8

摘要 阐述了往复式压缩机管道振动的主要原因;利用应力分析软件CAESARII对往复式压缩机管系进行建模与应力分析,通过不同的管道走向及管架设置方案的对比,得出了某压缩机出口管道最优的布置方案,文中给出了压缩机管道减振的基本措施,为同类管道的布置提供了借鉴。 In this article, the main cause of vibration occurred in the pipeline connected with reciprocating compressor was stated. By using software CAESAR II, the model of the pipeline was built and the stresses in the pipeline were analyzed. compared with different layouts of pipeline and locations of supports, the optimum arrangement scheme of the pipeline was determined. The basic measure for protecting vibration in pipeline connected with compressor was presented, which can be referenced for the arrangement of similar pipeline.
