摘要 针对尿素生产装置氢氮气压缩机组高压缸推力轴承瓦温过高故障,对原因进行了详细分析,对轴向力做了计算和设计,对平衡盘做了改造,最终问题得到解决,轴承瓦温正常,机组运转稳定。 With respect to the fault of overheating in thrust bearing in high pressure cylinder used in hydrogen and nitrogen compressor group in urea plant, in this article, the failure cause was analyzed in detail. The axial force was calculated and the design was carried out again, and the balance disk was reformed. With these measures, the problem has been solved, the temperature in bearing cap is within normal scope and the machine group is performed stably.
