摘要
在实际工程设计的基础上,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对控制非标准件球冠封头与筒体法兰开启闭合的三瓣式快开卡箍结构进行了有限元静力学分析,并采用了压力容器常用的线处理方法对各危险截面的应力进行了分类与校核,分析结果满足相应的应力校核标准。从而确定了非标准件设计的合理性,为三瓣式卡箍结构的设计提供了理论依据和参考。
By using Workbench in ANSYS, the statics analysis for three-petal shape clamp which was one practically used component for controlling the opening of nonstandard dished head with cylinder flange was carried out, and the stresses in each critical section were categorized with linearization method and checked. The analytical result reached the requirements in the relative standard, which means the design of this structure is conformed to standard and can be used as the basis for the design of similar structure.
