摘要
SCR脱硝反应器结构布置形式及受力情况复杂,且在高温状态下长期工作,依据现有的规范标准,难以用一个精确的计算模型对SCR脱硝反应器进行结构设计。因此,根据实际工程的实例,对多种行业设计标准进行对比综合,从反应器计算方法的选择、结构模型简化、材料选择及高温性能参数确定等方面提出应注意的问题,提供一种高温SCR脱硝反应器结构工程设计的思路。
The structure configuration and stress distribution in SCR denitrification reactor are complicated, and reactor will be operated at high temperature for a long period of time, thus it is difficult to carry out the design of SCR denitrification reactor by using an accurate model in calculation as per current specifications and standards. In this paper, several design standards for a variety of industries, based on examples of practical engineering, were comprehensively compared. Some problems need to be concerned in selection of methods for reactor calculation, such as structure model simplification, materials selection and high temperature performance parameters determination etc., were pointed out. Finally, the idea for structural design of SCR denitrification reactor working in high temperature was presented.
