摘要
阐述了SCGP煤气化运行中存在的排渣不畅等问题,同时针对该问题对A-1301单元进行改造,通过煤烧嘴结构改进,优化了炉膛内流场分布,使高温区下移,提高排渣口温度,从而增加渣水流动性,有效解决气化炉排渣问题。
The problem of inhibited slag draining occurred in SCGP coal gasification process was described in this article. To solve this problem, A-1301 unit was reformed. With the improvement in the structure of coal burner, the distribution of the flow in hearth was optimized, so that high temperature zone was move down and the temperature at draining outlet was raised. In this way, the flow ability of slag solution was enhanced and the problem of inhibited slag draining has been effectively solved.
