Mechanism Analysis of Corrosion Occurred in Pre-heater in Circulation Tower and Counter-measure

针对环化塔预热器被氯离子严重腐蚀失效的问题,从设备材料腐蚀机理方面进行分析,找到腐蚀根本原因,并从控制腐蚀源、材料选择和制造质量控制等防腐蚀技术实施方面提出解决对策,取得了较好的效果。

With respect to the problem of severe chlorine ion induced corrosion occurred in pre-heater in tower, the analysis from the mechanism of material corrosion was performed. The cause of the corrosion was found. Then the countermeasures in controlling corrosion source, selection of material and quality control in manufacture were proposed, from which favorable consequences have been resulted.
