干气密封是工艺流程压缩机最常用的密封型式,密封使用效果和使用寿命取决于许多因素,讨论了密封气在压缩机开车、运行,停车时应注意的问题。重点探讨了在全厂停电的事故工况,密封气供应需考虑的因素和后备系统的设计方案。
Dry gas seal is the most commonly used seal in process compressor. the effect of seal and working life are determined from many factors. In this article, some issues in the processes of start-up, operation and shut-down for compressors were discussed. Emphatically the accident condition in which all power is shut-off but sealing gas should still be provided and the scheme of designing backup system were discussed.
