摘要
对HT-L航天气化炉中的粗合成气管道建立了两种应力计算分析模型,采用CAESARⅡ软件对这两种应力模型进行计算,并对两种模型计算的结果进行比较和分析,得出其中一种模型的计算方法比较可靠合理,使设计的管道满足设备管口的许用荷载,所建立的模型更接近于真实的运行工况。通过合理建立管道应力模型进行应力计算,不仅能保证管道长周期运行,而且为类似装置提供参考依据。
Two stress analysis models were established for crude synthetic gas pipeline in HT-L gasification furnace. By using CEASAR II the calculation was carried out for these models, and the results were analyzed and compared. It was concluded that the result from one model was relatively rational and reliable, from which the designed piping can meet the requirement of bearing allowable nozzle loads, and it was close to actual piping under operating condition. From building appropriate model for piping stress analysis, the piping can be ensured for its operation for long term, moreover the model may be referenced for use in design of similar construction.
