摘要
运用FLUENT软件,以甲烷为模拟介质,对集合管盲端结构为不同偏心比大小头的加热炉进行管系流率分布数值模拟研究,结果表明:偏心大小头盲端结构有稳定炉管管系流率和使流率分布均匀的作用;另外,大小头的偏心比值不同,炉管流率分布均匀程度也不同;其中大小头偏心比为0.78、0.16的集合管加热炉炉管流率分布最均匀。
By using FLUENT software and use of methane as simulated medium, numerical simulations for the heating furnace with the structure of blind end as offset reducers with different eccentric distances were performed. It was shown from the results that use of reducer blind end has the functions in making flow rate in heating tube stable and the distribution of flow rate homogeneous. In addition, if the eccentric distance of the offset reducer changes, the homogeneity of distribution of flow rate changes. When the eccentric rate of offset reducer is 0.78 or 0.16, the distribution of flow rate in heating tube is the most homogeneous.
