摘要 阐述了背靠背式和挑担式两种多级屏蔽泵结构和工作原理。在轴向力平衡、叶轮级数、整机结构型式、转子支撑点和效率等方面对两种结构作了对比分析。背靠背式结构轴向力易调节,结构形式灵活;挑担式结构叶轮级限制小,转子支撑点少,带有轴向力自动平衡调节功能。两种结构都是筒式设计,有各自鲜明的特点,同时也都有需要解决的问题,实际应用选用何种型式,需要综合考虑。 In this article, the structures and working principles of two multi stage canned motor pumps, which are back-to-back and tandem types, were stated. The analysis and comparison for two structures, with respects to axial force balance, impeller stages, integral structure, support location of rotor and operating efficiency, were carried out. In use of the pump with back-to-back type, it is easy for axial force adjustment and structure change. However in use of the one with tandem type, little limitation exists in impeller stages, just a few supports of rotor are needed and self-balance exist for axial force. Both two structures are designed in cylindrical style. There are evident characteristics in both structures and also there are problems in their application. Which type should be selected in practice may depend on comprehensive factors.
