摘要
主要分析了减压阀后管道产生振动的原因及危害。对于此类容易产生振动的管道,通过一定的方法来防止振动现象发生,尽可能避免因减压阀后管道振动而导致焊缝开裂、管件穿孔等严重后果。由于文章篇幅有限,仅讨论液体管道的振动问题。
The cause of the vibration of piping behind of pressure reduction valve and the harm it coupled with were analyzed in this article. Measures for protecting the vibration must provided so as to avoid the harmful results, such as crack occurred in welds and perforation in fittings. In this article, due to the limit in space, only the problem of vibration occurred in liquid piping and countermeasures were discussed.
