摘要
以三种典型的压力容器开孔结构为例,采用有限元方法,研究了法兰对开孔接管局部结构应力强度的影响。结果发现,法兰对开孔接管局部应力的影响甚微。法兰自身的受力情况仅影响其自身的应力分布,对接管与壳体连接处的应力强度几乎没有影响。
Exampled with three typical opening structures in pressure vessel and by using finite element method, the effects of flange to local stresses around opening were studied. It was found that there was only a little effect to the stresses around opening but evident effects to the stresses in flange itself. Thus the existence of flange will not change the strength of opening and nozzle structure.
