国内外延迟焦化装置核心区平立面布置方案比较

摘要 针对Foster Wheeler(FW)公司SYDECSM工艺流程和国内自主研发的延迟焦化流程,重点阐述焦炭塔的平台及管道布置、焦炭塔及储焦池的布置特点。分别采用FW公司SYDECSM工艺流程和国内自主研发的延迟焦化流程时,其焦炭塔第一层平台高度及管道布置存在较大差异,另外,焦炭塔与储焦池的相对位置关系也有所不同。 For SYDECSM process used in Foster Wheeler Co. and home developed delay coking process, the layout of platforms and piping in coking tower as well as the characteristics in layout of coking tower and coking pit were stated emphatically. There exist comparatively large differences in determination of the first platform height and piping layout when SYDECSM process and home developed process are applied respectively. In addition, relative position of coking tower and coking pit is different in use of these two different processes.
