摘要
介绍了切线泵的结构和性能特点,通过对不同流量、相同扬程切线泵叶轮直径比较分析,归纳总结出不同比转数对应的扬程系数ψ,缩小了选择范围,使设计者可以根据泵的比转数直接选择精确的扬程系数ψ。此外,通过对同一流量、扬程切线泵改变扩散管喉部直径d0的试验结果比较分析,得出增大d0有利于提高泵设计点的效率、扬程。同时增大d0可以增大切断点的流量,避免泵在切断点工作,提高其可靠性。
In this article, the structure and characteristics of tangent pump were introduced. With the analysis and comparison of the diameters of impeller in the tangent pumps with different flow and same head, the head coefficients ψ related to different specific speeds were summarized, by which the scope of appropriate head coefficient may be reduced and thus designer can directly select precise head coefficient ψ based on specific speed. In addition, from the result of the test of changing the diameter do at the throat of diffuser for the pumps with the same flow and head, it was found that to increase do will be benefit to enhance the head and efficiency of the pump at the design point. At the same times, it may raise the flow at the cut point so as to avoid tangent pump works at the cut point and to enhance its reliability.
