摘要 随着我国能源结构的不断优化,液化天然气的应用将有大幅的增长,作为LNG输送控制的关键部件,低温阀门是LNG产业的重要一环,而密封技术是LNG阀门的关键。主要针对LNG管路中应用最广泛的低温球阀,总结分析了目前LNG低温球阀的密封结构,分别对浮动式、固定式及轨道式LNG低温球阀,介绍了其密封方式,分析了各密封方式的特点、应用场合以及优缺点,并就每种结构的缺点提出了改进的方向。最后还分析了其他影响密封性能的要素,总结了LNG低温球阀设计时需要综合考虑的密封条件,为LNG低温球阀的设计和选用提供参考。 With the improvement of the type of energy consumption in China, the application of liquefied natural gas(LNG) will be a substantial growth in the near future. As the essential component in the LNG conveying and controlling system, cryogenic ball valve is significant in LNG industry. However sealing technology is crucial to the cryogenic ball valves used in LNG field. In this paper, the sealing structures of cryogenic ball valves which are widely used in LNG filed were summarized and analyzed. There are three kinds of cryogenic ball valves, including floating, fixed and orbital ball valve. The sealing mechanism and characteristics of each of them were introduced, and the advantages and drawbacks of these sealing methods were also analyzed. Then, the direction of improving each type of ball valves was proposed. Finally, the other factors affecting the sealing performance of cryogenic ball valves were also reviewed. What present herein may be referenced for designing and choosing cryogenic ball valve in LNG industry.
