膨胀节常用国内外碳钢材料对比

Brief Analysis and Comparison of Commonly Used Materials Made in China and Foreign Countries for Expansion Joint

针对目前膨胀节设计中经常出现的国外管道材料牌号和标准,通过收集整理相关标准和资料,对常用的国内外材料从成份和力学性能进行了对比分析。通过对不同材料性能的比较,给出了综合性能相近的可替代材料,为膨胀节用户根据国内材料生产现状进行合理选材提供参考,也为膨胀节设计人员提供借鉴。

Currently in design of expansion joint the materials commonly used from foreign standards and signed with tabs in these standards.In this article,with collection and arrangement of relevant standards and references,some commonly used materials from home and abroad were analyzed compared from their compositions and mechanical performances.With comparison in characteristics,some replaceable materials,in which comprehensive performances are similar,were recommended.What presented herein may be referenced for proper selection of materials used in expansion joint manufacture based on current situation at home.
