摘要
利用有限单元法对余热回收器的挠性管板结构进行了热分析和结构分析,使用ANSYS软件建模计算,得到了挠性管板结构工作状态的温度场和应力场。通过优化挠性过渡段半径值,使挠性管板整体应力分布较为合理。
In this paper,by using finite element analysis,thermal and structural analyses for flexible tubesheet in surplus heat reclaimer were carried out.With the model established from use of ANSIS and the calculation,the temperature and stress fields of flexible tubesheet under working condition were resulted.By optimizing the radius of flexible transition segment,stress distribution in the tubesheet was proved better.The studying result herein can be used as the basis for optimum design of tubesheet in surplus heat reclaimer.
