摘要
利用解析法对静压干气密封的流量特性、开启力特性和气膜刚度特性进行了理论分析;基于理论分析的结论,利用Matlab软件分析了不同节流孔进气总量下,端面宽度、节流孔中心圆直径、进气压力与釜内压力的差值、节流孔个数及孔径对开启力和气膜刚度的影响,得出在给定节流孔进气总量情况下节流孔参数存在合理的取值范围,并在此范围内存在一组参数使气膜刚度达到最大值;提出了在给定进气总量的情况下,以气膜刚度最大化为优化目标的节流孔结构参数优化方法。
In this article,by using theoretical method,the characteristics in flow,opening force and gas membrane stiffness were analyzed.With the conclusion from analysis,the effects of the width of end,the diameter of central orifice circle,the differential pressure of gases at inlet and in vessel,and the number and diameter of orifices to the opening force and gas membrane stiffness were then analyzed using software Matlab.It was concluded that with certain gas volume at inlet there is a proper scope for the parameters of orificing holes,within which a set of parameters existed makes gas membrane stiffness the maximum value.Thus one optimum method for the structural parameters of orifice,in which with the maximum gas membrane stiffness as the objective under the condition of constant volume of inlet gas,was presented.
