摘要
通过对锆及锆合金国内外标准及材料特性的研究,结合锆及锆合金工程实践,讨论原材料订货及检验、冷加工煨制作业可能出现的裂纹及检验要求。重点探讨了锆及锆合金工程焊接工艺评定开发,并以材质R60702为例,提出了焊接工艺参数。同时结合焊接实践,针对焊接缺陷产生的原因及种类,从焊工资格考核、焊前准备、焊接过程实施、提出对应解决方案,并对现行国家标准部分空白领域及条款,提出修订意见,为同类型锆及锆合金管道工程建设,提供了参考。
In this article,from the results of studying the performances of zirconium and its alloy at home and abroad,and combined with engineering practice,the inspection requirements for material order,quality examination and cold fabrication were presented.The welding procedure qualification for Zir and its alloy was emphatically discussed.With R60702 as the example,the parameters in welding procedure were proposed,and combined with welding practice,with respect to the defects occurred in welding,the solutions were presented from aspects of welder qualification,preparation of pre-welding and welding execution.Moreover,some emendations for current standards were proposed,which may be referenced for piping construction using Zir and its alloys.
