摘要
介绍了气雾罐种类、结构、特点介绍和氟利昂气雾剂使用特点,和目前国内外制冷剂小包装行业在气雾罐上的使用现状;分析了制冷剂气雾罐所发生的事故的原因,并阐述了其使用安全性的理论依据。认为应用二片罐用于制冷剂制冷剂气雾罐是最合适的选择方案,可以同时满足GB 13042—2008和GB/T 25164—2010规定的爆破压力和变形压力的要求。
This paper introduced the types,structure and characteristics of aerosol tanks and the applied characteristics of freon aerosol sprays,as well as the current situation of aerosol tanks using in refrigerant small package industry at home and abroad.The causes of accident of refrigerant aerosol tank were analyzed,and the theoretical basis of its safety was expounded.It was considered that the application of two-piece tank for refrigerant aerosol tank was the most appropriate choice,which could meet the requirements of explosion pressure and deformation pressure stipulated in GB 13042-2008 and GB/T 25164-2010.
