摘要
合成了5种功能化离子液体([CPL][TBAB],[CPL]BF_4,[Bmim]HCO_3,[Bmim]OAc和[Bmim]Im)以及含有相同阳离子的多酸离子液体[CPL]_3PMo_(12)O_(4)和[Bmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40),构建了以功能化离子液体为溶剂的多酸液相氧化脱硫体系,优选出最佳脱硫剂,并考察了不同吸收温度、气体流量下最优脱硫剂的脱硫性能。结果表明[Bmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40)-[Bmim]HCO_3脱硫效率最高,优化的吸收条件为温度高于40℃、气体流量为100ml·min^(-1);[Bmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40)-[Bmim]HCO_3可以简单地用空气再生。
Five kinds of functionalized ionic liquids([CPL][TBAB], [CPL]BF_4, [Bmim]HCO_3,[Bmim]OAc and[Bmim]Im)were synthetized,as well as heteropolyacid-ionic liquids([CPL]_3PMo_(12)O_(40) and[Bmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40))which have the same cations.Wet desulfurization by heteropolyacid is established.The desulfurization performance of the selected optimal desulfurizer is investigated at different absorption temperature and gas flow.The results show that [Bmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40)-[Bmim]HCO_3has large capacity on desulfurization,and the optimal absorption conditions are over 40℃ and gas flow of 100 ml· min^(-1).[Bmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40)-[Bmim]HCO_3 can be simply regenerated by air.
