摘要
分离膜的孔径均一性决定着膜的分离精度,是目前高精度分离的研究热点。高分子嵌段共聚物具有自组装特点,通过微观相分离可以实现孔径均一的均孔膜的制备。其中,以苯乙烯基为代表的嵌段共聚物是目前使用最为普遍的均孔膜膜材料。基于此,本文从苯乙烯基嵌段共聚物膜材料的角度出发,归纳总结苯乙烯基嵌段共聚物均孔膜制备方法,并着重论述了国内外的苯乙烯基嵌段共聚物均孔膜的研究现状,详细介绍了非溶剂诱导相分离、选择性刻蚀、选择性去除和选择性溶胀的均孔膜制膜方法,并对其成膜过程进行阐述与分析。在此基础上,进一步探讨了利用苯乙烯基嵌段共聚物均孔膜的发展方向。
The pore size uniformity of separation membrane is currently a research hotspot for high-precision separation,which determines the separation precision of membrane.The block copolymers have self-assembly features,and the homoporous membrane can be prepared by microphase separation.The styrene-based block copolymers are the most commonly membrane material at present.The preparation methods of styrene-based block copolymer homoporous membranes were summarized and focused on the research status of membranes at home and abroad.Four methods were described in detail,including the non-solvent-induced phase separation,selective etching,selective removal and selective swelling,then described the membrane preparation process.The development trend in future was discussed.
