Ag+/TiO2/SiO2纳米复合材料的制备及抗变色性能、抑菌性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以TiO2为前驱体,采用液相沉淀法成功制备了Ag+/TiO2/SiO2纳米复合材料。考察了正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)加入量对复合材料粒径和白度的影响,并对复合材料的抗变色性和抗菌性能进行了研究。通过改变TEOS加入量,优化了SiO2外壳的厚度,使Ag+/TiO2/SiO2纳米复合材料具有较小的粒径,同时增加了复合材料的抗变色性能和抑菌性能。抑菌性能测试表明,Ag+/TiO2/SiO2纳米复合材料对大肠杆菌(E.coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)和白色念珠菌(C.albicans)具有较强的抑菌作用,达到99%抗菌率的最小浓度分别是55mg/L、75mg/L和65mg/L。 With the titanium dioxide as precursor,the Ag+/TiO2/SiO2 nanocomposite materials were prepared by liquid phase precipitation method.The influence of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)on the particle size and whiteness of composites were investigated,and the anti-tarnish and antibacterial properties of composites were studied.The thickness of the SiO2 shell was optimized by changing the addition of TEOS,so that the Ag+/TiO2/SiO2 had smaller particle size,and increased the anti-tarnish and antibacterial properties of the composite material.the antibacterial performance test shown that Ag+/TiO2/SiO2 exhibited strong antimicrobial properties on E.coli,S.aureus and C.albicans,and the minimum concentration of 99%antibacterial was 55mg/L,75mg/L and 65mg/L,respectively.
