摘要 采用水热法制备了γ-Al2O3微球。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜分析了γ-Al2O3微球的结晶度和表面形貌。以乙醇脱水制取乙烯为研究对象,考察了反应时间、反应温度、液态空速和乙醇含量对乙烯选择性、乙醇转化率及乙烯收率的影响。通过实验确定了γ-Al2O3催化乙醇脱水制取乙烯的最佳反应条件:反应时间为0.5h、反应温度为500~550℃、液态空速为2.5h-1、乙醇质量分数大于50%。 γ-Al2O3nano-microsphere was prepared by a hydrothermal method.The crystal structure and surface morphology of catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The effect of reaction conditions which included different reaction time,reaction temperature,liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV)and ethanol content were investigated.Under the reaction time was about 0.5h,reaction temperature range was from 500℃to 550℃,LHSV was about 2.5h-1,the ethanol content of greater than 50%shown best performance for the ethanol delydration to ethylene.
