摘要
针对环氧沥青材料在钢桥面铺装中的应用,制备了增韧型环氧沥青混合料。测试了树脂用量对沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度和施工可操作时间的影响,并评价了不同树脂用量下增韧型环氧沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性能及抗疲劳性能。结果表明:增韧型环氧树脂用量对沥青混合料的性能有显著影响,当其用量为40%时,增韧型环氧沥青混合料具有优异的路用性能,且施工可操作时间较长。增韧型环氧沥青混合料能够满足钢桥面铺装对材料性能的要求。
For the application of epoxy asphalt materials in steel bridge deck pavement,toughened epoxy asphalt mixture was prepared.The effects of toughened epoxy resin dosages on marshall stability and operating time of asphalt mixture were tested,and high temperature stability,low temperature anti-cracking performance,water stability and fatigue performance of toughened epoxy asphalt mixture under different resin dosages were evaluated.The results showed that toughened epoxy resin dosage had a significant effect on asphalt mixture performance.When resin dosage was 40%,toughened epoxy asphalt mixture had excellent pavement performance,and its had a longer operating time.The toughened epoxy asphalt mixture could meet the material performance requirements of steel bridge deck pavement.
