摘要
以液化4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)(MM103)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)为主要原料,水和二氯一氟乙烷为发泡剂,三乙胺和二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,合成了一系列聚碳酸酯型形状记忆聚氨酯泡沫(SMPUF)。通过密度测试、压缩性能测试、显微镜测试、差示扫描量热测试、形状记忆性能测试,研究了发泡剂配合比对泡沫性能造成的影响。结果表明,在去离子水∶二氯一氟乙烷的用量摩尔配合比为4∶0条件下,形状记忆聚氨酯泡沫的密度为143kg/m^3,膨胀率74%,压缩强度0.42MPa,形状恢复率为100%,形状恢复时间为30s,并具有较好的孔结构和热性能。
A series of shape memory polyurethane foams(SMPUF)were synthesized.Liquefied MDI(MM103),polycarbonate diol(PCDL)and cyclohexane dimethanol(CHDM)were main raw materials,water and dichlorofluoroethane were co-blowing agents,triethylamine and dibutyltin dilaurate were catalysts.The effects of foaming agent ratio on foam properties were investigated by density testing,mechanical testing,microscopy testing,differential scanning calorimetry and shape memory performance testing.The results showed that when the molar ratio of water and dichlorofluoroethane was 4∶0,the density,expansion rate and compressive strength of SMPUF were143 kg·m-3,74%and 0.42 MPa,respectively.The shape recovery rate was 100%,the shape recovery time was 30 s.And it had great pore structure and thermal property.
