The North Korea Issue in the Regional Cooperation of Northeast Asia Region

经济全球化在推动区域经济一体化发展的同时,也给区域经济一体化带来新的挑战。在经济全球化加速发展的形势下,东北亚区域合作所面临的挑战大于机遇,这一地区经济发展的不平衡结构没有因经济全球化的发展而缩小,反而被固定化,朝鲜问题是这一结构的缩影。目前,加快东北亚区域合作已成为区域内各国经济全球化战略的重要步骤。加强中朝合作是东北亚区域社会和谐发展的切实可行的有效途径。

Economic globalization has not only promoted the expansion of regional economic integration,but also brought new challenges to the regional economic integration.Actually,challenges overwhelm opportunities in the Northeast Asian regional cooperation, against the background of acceleration of economic globalization, because the imbalanced structure of economic development in this region has been more and more intensified,instead of being diminished by its articulation with economic globalization.The issue of North Korea is the miniature of such a more and more imbalanced structure.Currently,acceleration of Northeast Asian regional cooperation is regarded as one of the most important measures for the implementation of strategies of economic globalization,which are planned by various countries in this region.As a matter of fact, enhancement on China-North Korea cooperation has become a quite practicable means for harmonious joint-development in Northeast Asia.
