战后中韩东北地区韩侨问题交涉述考

Description and Clarification on Negotiation between China and Korea over Issue of Korean Inhabitants in Northeast China after World WarⅡ

抗日战争结束后,在中国国民政府帮助下,韩国临时政府在归国前设置驻华代表团留驻中国。在华韩侨问题交涉是韩国临时政府驻华代表团最重要的任务之一。随着中国国民政府军队进入东北,以及国共内战在东北地区的全面展开,东北韩侨问题逐步突现出来,不仅成为国共两党在东北斗争的重要问题,也成为韩国临时政府驻华代表团与中国官方交涉的重点问题。韩国驻华代表团始终坚持反共立场,虽然不满于中国官方的韩国侨民政策,但在政治上却不能不与即将失败的中国国民党当局捆绑在一起,最终遭遇了失败的结局。

After the Anti-Japanese War,under the assistance of Chinese Nationalist government,the Provisional Government of Korea deployed a diplomatic delegation in China.The negotiation on the issue of Korean inhabitants in China became one of most important tasks for the delegation of Provisional Government of Korea in China. As the army of Chinese Nationalist government entered Northeast China,and the Chinese civil war between Nationalist Party and Communist Party spread to a full scale in Northeast China,the issue of Korean inhabitants in Northeast China became an outstanding problem that not only had a significant influence on the battles between Nationalist Party and Communist Party,but also became a core task for the negotiation between delegation of Korean Provisional Government and Chinese Nationalist government.Insisting on the anti-Communist attitude,the delegation of Korean Provisional Government had to bind their destiny with the authorities of Chinese Nationalist Party suffering continuous defeats despite their dissatisfaction with policies of authorities of Chinese Nationalist Party on this issue, and finally encountered a consequence of failure.
