Three Issues after DPRK's Nuclear Declaration

随着朝鲜申报核清单,朝鲜弃核进入了新的阶段,或被称为后朝核阶段。尽管清单尚未正式公布,但被认为与"完整、准确"的要求有重大出入。这既反映朝鲜弃核是个渐进过程,迄今也在继续证明朝鲜在现行体制下不可能完全弃核的现实主义假设。本文还讨论后朝核的三个重要问题:钚弃核、铀弃核以及防扩散。

With the DPRK nuclear declaration,its nuclear dismantlement has entered a new stage.Despite the fact that its nuclear list has not been made public,there is reason to expect that this list will have major differences with the requirement of'complete and accurate'reporting.It certainly reflects the nature of incremental nuclear disarmament of the DPRK.This still proves the realistic assumption of the impossibility of the DPRK to accept thorough nuclear disarmament given its current regime.This essay will also address three important factors in DPRK's nuclear question:plutonium disarmament,uranium disarmament,as well as DPRK's possible nuclear relations with other states in the context of nuclear nonproliferation.
