Present Situation and Prospect of Russia-North Korea Relation

俄朝关系经历了一个由苏联时期的友好至后冷战初期的疏远再到新世纪初的友好这样一个调整周期,现在基本处于稳定的发展状态之中。俄朝在东北亚地缘政治安全结构中国家战略利益的重合性奠定了双方友好合作的基础。俄朝通过发展友好的政治合作关系、互补性的经贸合作关系以及灵活而具有弹性的安全合作关系保证了两国关系的稳定,同时也在一定程度上保证了俄罗斯对朝鲜的影响力。

The Russia-North Korea relation has got through a process of evolution full ups and downs from early comrade friendship in the Soviet era through alienation at the end of cold war till new friendship at the beginning of this new century.Now this bilateral relation is maintained at a steady pace of development.In the present geopolitical structure of security in Northeast Asia,the foundation of bilateral friendship and cooperation is now established on the overlapped national strategic interests of these two countries.Bilateral relation between Russia and North Korea is now guaranteed by means of good political cooperation,mutually-complementary trade and economic coordination,and security cooperation with full vitality and flexibility.To some extent,such stabilized bilateral relation also insures Russian influence on North Korea.
