皇太极的对朝鲜政策及其影响探微

An Examination on Huangtaiji’s Korean Policy and Its Influences

皇太极执政时期是后金从偏安东北一隅的少数民族割据政权走向清帝国的过渡时期。皇太极执政时期所面临的外部形势与努尔哈赤时期有明显不同。在努尔哈赤时期,后金处于崛起阶段,是对自己的财富以及兵力等进行积累的阶段,对于后金的邻邦朝鲜不敢轻言对抗。在努尔哈赤时期,后金对于自己的邻邦朝鲜采取的是表面交好暗中较量,使自己的利益最大化的政策。皇太极即位之后,面对努尔哈赤统治后期后金的种种危机,大胆采取了多种改革,调整了努尔哈赤时期的对朝鲜政策并且收到了良好效果。

The Huangtaiji administration witnessed the shift from the Later Jin Dynasty,a minority-dominated regime in Northeast China,to the Qing Empire occupying the whole China. The international environment faced by the Huangtaiji administration was different from that by Nurhachi. During the Nurhachi period,the Later Jin was on the rise,accumulating wealth and military strength,for which reason it was not in a position to provoke Korea,the then neighbouring nation. In this period,the Later Jin made a policy towards its neighbouring nation,namely to carry out friendly exchange pro forma,whilesecretively maximising its own benefits. Upon the imperial ascendancy of Huangtaiji,faced with the crises confronting the Later Jin since the late Nurhachi administration,he boldly carried out a series of reforms,adjusting the Korean policy and achieving good results therefrom.
