摘要
为揭示一乙醇胺(MEA)吸收法捕集CO2的机制,探寻重要参数对脱碳效率的影响情况,利用Aspen Plus建立MEA吸收烟气中CO2的系统模型。通过与某电厂脱碳系统运行数据的比对,发现该模型与实测值的拟合度较好。模型考察了吸收剂温度、烟气流量及贫液负荷等因素对脱碳效率的影响情况。结果表明:吸收剂温度越低、烟气量越小、贫液负荷越低,CO2的吸收率越高。该模型对脱碳系统的变工况运行和提高脱碳效率,起到了指导和预测作用。
In order to reveal the mechanism of monoethanolamine( MEA) capturing CO2and to explore the important parameters' influence on decarburization efficiency,the Aspen Plus was used to establish the model of MEA absorbing CO2from the flue gas. Comparing with the operating data of a plant decarburization system indicates that this model agrees well with the measured values,and it can investigate the influence of absorbent temperature,flue gas flow and barren liquor load on the decarburization efficiency,and lower absorbent temperature,flue gas flow and barren liquor load can bring higher CO2absorption rate. This model plays a guide and predictive effect in increasing de-carbonization efficiency and de-carbonization system's varying duty.
