Research and Application of Soft Starter in Polyurethane Resin Reactor Control System

以聚氨酯树脂反应釜控制系统为背景,对软启动器的原理、启动方式和保护功能进行了分析。结合ABB软启动器的性能特点,设计了反应釜控制系统主控电路,实现了组态王对釜电机的有效监控。

Taking the control system of polyurethane resin reactor as the background,the soft starter's operating principle,four starting methods and the protection thereof were analyzed. Basing on performance characteristics of ABB soft starters,the reactor control system's master control circuit was designed to realize effective control over the reactor motor through king VIEW.
