PLC and King VIEW-based Auto-control System for Distillation Operation

根据某化工精馏生产线的工艺流程,中国工程物理研究院化工材料研究所自行设计了一套以PLC和King VIEW为核心的自控系统,给出了硬件组成和软件设计中的流量控制程序和组态程序。实现了精馏过程的数据转换、信号处理、流量累积、过程控制、实时操作以及实时显示工艺数据等功能。

According to the requirements of a chemical distillation process,a PLC and KingVIEW-based auto-control system was designed,including its hardware structure and the flow control and configuration procedures to implement data conversion,signal processing,flow accumulation,process control,real-time operation and displaying data in the distillation process.
