摘要
通过流量标准装置模拟3种户用热量表(机械式、U型声路超声式和W型声路超声式热量表)在7种典型的现场安装方式下的流量测量特性。结果表明:若在热量表的入口和出口处分别加4D直管段,则热量表流量测量误差满足国家检定规程的要求;机械式热量表应水平安装,超声式热量表可水平安装或竖直安装;热量表出口弯头会增大流量测量误差。
The flow measurement characteristics of three types of household heat meters (mechanical meter,Utype and Wtype ultrasonic meters)installed under different conditions were simulated to show that,addinga 4D straight pipe at heat meter’s inlet and exit can make its flow measurement error meet the requirements ofthe national verification regulations;and the mechanical heat meter should be installed horizontally togetherwith horizontal or vertical installation mode for ultrasonic heat meters,and the elbow at the heat meter exit canincrease flow measurement error.
