采用西门子PLC系统实现联合站加热炉温度的串级控制,分析了加热炉控制系统的特点,将水套水温作为副变量、原油出口温度作为主变量;根据加热炉的对象特性,PLC采用比例控制实现水套水温控制,采用比例积分控制实现原油出口温度控制。详细介绍了控制系统的硬件与软件的组成和触摸屏人机界面。
Siemens PLC was used to achieve cascade control of union station's heating furnace temperature.Through analyzing the characteristics of heating furnace control system,the water jacket's temperature was taken as vice-variable and the crude oil's exit temperature as main-variable; and PLC was used to implement proportional control over the water jacket temperature and to achieve proportional integral control over the oil exit temperature.The control system's hardware and software composition as well as a touch screen's interface were introduced.
