摘要
分析了某聚乙烯装置管式反应器反应区由于温度联锁引起误跳车的原因,对其危险失效可能性和安全失效可能性进行了评估,并结合工程案例给出了相应的优化策略。结果表明:采取针对性的合理优化措施对提高聚乙烯装置的生产水平具有一定的价值。
The causes of temperature interlock which resulting in a false action within tubular reactor’s reac-tion zone in LDPE plant were analyzed,and the failure probability of danger and safety were assessed to put forward a corresponding optimization strategy after having project cases considered.The results show that,em-ploying appropriate optimization measures can improve LDPE’s production level.
