摘要
采用危险与可操作性分析方法对LNG接收站进行风险评估,并确定其安全完整性等级,有效地识别出装置存在的风险,并给出相应的保护措施和降低风险的合理对策。
The hazard and operability analysis( HAZOP),as an internationally-recognized risk assessment method,was employed to evaluate LNG receiving station's risk so that its safety integrity level can be determined and any potential risk there can be identified. The relevant protective measures and countermeasures for risk reduction were presented.
