摘要 以New Holland T1554为平台,采用RTK-GNSS技术,设计了一种农机自动导航控制系统。系统包括基准站、接收机、无线电台、工控机、触摸屏、切换方向盘、电控比例液压阀和角度传感器。简述了系统各个模块的功能、安装位置和原农机油路的改造方法。样机的试验结果表明:直线和曲线行驶时,最大跟踪误差分别为0.16m和0.32m。 Taking New Holland T1554 tractor as a platform and making use of RTK-GNSS technology,an au-to-navigation control system for agricultural machinery was designed,which consists of a base station,GNSS receiver,radio,IPC,LCD touch screen,steering wheel for switching,electrically-controlled proportional hy-draulic valve and the angle sensor.The system modules’function,installation location and methods to trans-form agricultural machinery’s original oil-way were discussed.Applying this auto-navigation control system in a farm shows that,when driving the machinery along straight lines or curved lines,its maximum tracking error can be 0.16m and 0.32m,respectively.
