摘要
针对塑壳断路器智能测试过程中复杂的电磁干扰问题,根据现场设备和工作情况,提出了有效的电磁兼容性措施,重点介绍了接地、屏蔽和滤波3种防护措施,并给出了具体的实例。该智能测试系统已在实际应用中取得了良好的测试效果。
Aiming at the complex electromagnetic interference in intelligent test system for the molded case circuit breaker( MCCB) and through analyzing the electromagnetic interference( EMI) model and site devices,the feasible measures of electromagnetic compatibility( EMC) were raised,and the protective measures like the grounding,shielding and the filtering were emphasized,including some examples. The application results prove its good test effect.
