用S7-200 PLC实现两台电机的自动切换

Auto-shift between Two Motors through S7-200 PLC Control

针对化工生产过程中因电机跳停导致系统停车的问题,运用S7-200 PLC编程实现两台(一用一备)电机的自动切换,即当其中一台电机跳停或运行信号丢失时另外一台备用电机能够自动启动,从而提高系统运行的稳定性。用仿真软件对顺控主程序进行仿真运行的测试结果符合设计要求。

Considering the system’s suspension incurred by the motor’ s trip-off in chemical production,S7-200PLC was applied to the auto-shift between two motors while one of them fails to work so as to improve the system stability as required.
