摘要 在分析常用流量测量方法存在缺陷的基础上,结合热式质量流量测量方法的基本原理,提出了恒电流法进行质量流量的测量。通过分析恒电流法的原理及其测量公式,并且设计实验对质量流量计的原理进行验证,将实验结果与标准流量计进行对比,结果表明:在严格控制功率的条件下,质量流量计具有较好的测量精度。 Basing on analyzing the defects of commonly-used flow measurement methods and combining with the basic principle of thermal mass flow measurement method,applying constant power law to measure the mass flow was proposed.Having the working principle of constant power law and measurement formula analyzed and then verified through experiments and having experimental results compared with the standard flowmeter show that under conditions of strict control of power,the mass flowmeter has good accuracy.
