摘要
介绍了一款基于STC12C5628AD的声化学能量测量设备,详细分析了该设备的功能并介绍了各功能模块的原理和软件设计流程。该设备利用声强探头将液体中某点处的声压信号转换成电压信号,经放大、滤波后传给单片机进行分析处理和显示;具有较好的人机交互界面,能显示声强实时值和最大值;具备电池电量检测功能和声强标定功能,并提供了串口以便与上位机进行数据交互。现场实验数据表明,在复杂工业环境下,该系统性能稳定、参数可靠,对解决复杂工业现场下超声声强的检测具有一定的应用价值。
A STC12C5628AD-based acoutochemistry energy-measuring device was introduced,including its functions and each functional module’s principle as well as their software-designing process.The device em-ploys a sound intensity probe to convert the acoustic pressure signals collected at any point into the voltage sig-nals for analysis and display after being amplified and filtered in SCM;the good HMI benefits it in displaying sound’s practical value and maximum value;it boasts both battery power detection and acoustic intensity cali-bration and its serial port can benefit the data communication with PCs.The experimental data show that in the complicated industrial environment,its stable performance and reliable parameters prove its value in solving complex ultrasound intensity testing.
