摘要 根据台车式退火炉的工艺要求确定温度控制系统的控制策略,采用三菱GX Developer软件中的PID模块进行编程以优化温度控制系统。退火炉运行后,对温度曲线进行的分析说明了控温系统的精确性和炉温的均匀性,且整个控制系统稳定可靠。 According to the technological requirements of the car-type annealing furnace,its temperature con-trol system’s control strategy was proposed,including making use of PID module in GX Developer to optimize temperature control system.Analyzing temperature curves in annealing furnace operation proves temperature control system’s accuracy and furnace temperature’s uniformity.The whole control system is stable and relia-ble together with good economic benefit as required.
