摘要
通过仿真验证进料流量是影响乙烯精馏塔塔顶压力稳定的最主要因素,并分析压力波动存在的控制问题,据此提出将塔底采出量反馈至进料用以补偿进料流量扰动的改进措施。最后通过仿真证明在此改进措施下,压力可以控制在设定值稳定不变,出料温度与产品质量也可以保持稳定,满足实际乙烯精馏塔质量控制的要求。
A simulation was implemented to show that the feed flow mainly influences the stable pressure at the ethylene column top;and compensating the feed flow disturbance according to the output quantity at the column bottom can stabilize the pressure at a set value,including the discharge temperature and product quali-ty to meet the actual requirement of ethylene column quality control.
