摘要 基于压差流量测量技术,设计了用于测量注水井分层流量的分层测试流量计。该流量计由柱锥体、压差传感器、信号调理电路、地面控制板和上位机组成,柱锥体可在井筒内产生与流量直接相关的压力差,电容式压差传感器通过测量微小应变特性将电容差值转换为电压的变化,从而完成流量的测量。分层测试流量计能够沿井壁移动,通过计算不同位置流量差的方法测量出注水井各层的注入流量。 Based on differential pressure flow measurement technology,a downhole instrument for hierarchy flow measurement in water injection well was designed,which consist of the cone column,differential pressure transducer,signal processing circuit,ground control panel and the host computer;of it,the cone column pro-duces a flow-related pressure difference in the wellhole;and through measuring the small strain features,the capacitance differential pressure transducer transforms the pressure difference to the electric capacity to meas-ure the flow.This instrument can move along the well wall to measure hierarchy flow in the water injection well by calculating the differential flow.
