摘要
介绍了基于Modbus的采区变电所监测系统功能和结构,以PIC24FJ32GA104单片机为核心开发了采区变电所监测平台,选用MAX485完成监测平台与综保开关的通信,采用串口服务器EDG-4504将监测平台接入井下工业以太网,基于Modbus通信协议开发通信程序,并给出了Modbus通信的部分程序。经实际验证,该系统运行可靠。
Both function and structure of Modbus-based substation monitoring system for the mining area was introduced,which has PIC24FJ32GA104 SCM cored and MAX485 employed to implement the communication between the monitoring platform and the comprehensive protection switch;and it has EDG-4504 serial server used to switch the monitoring platform in the underground industrial Ethernet.Basing on Modbus communica-tion protocol,the communication program,including partial program was developed.Application results prove its reliability in operation.
